HUMAN FORMATION

SPIRITUAL FORMATION

  • A transformative process of growing towards moral and spiritual maturity. Key elements include practising spiritual disiplines through;
  • Daily Holy Mass and Divine Office
  • Personal and communal meditation
  • Spiritual direction and guidance
  • Monthly retreats and recollections
  • Devotion and visits to the Blessed Sacrament
  • Faith/Bible sharing

INTELLECTUAL FORMATION

  • This involves the systematic development of the mind and deep cultivation of knowledge. it equips students to understand truth, engage thoughtfully with culture, and articulate complex beliefs with clarity.
  • Core pillars include; Phylosophy, Theology, Humanities and Sciences, and translating deep academic studies into clear persuasive and practical teaching.

PASTORAL FORMATION

  • Practical skills; Possesing the Shepherd's heart, gaining real world experiences in teaching and leading
  • Catechetical training and teaching
  • Liturgical worships
  • Community outreach programs that involves; Practicing how to work well with others in the civil society at large
  • Hospital and prison visitations

PSYCHOSOCIAL FORMATION

  • Psychosocial: This involves both physicological (mental and emmotional) and social (relationships and environment) formation of students' personality.
