HUMAN FORMATION
- It is the bedrock of all aspects of formation
- This formation involves the emotional, affective and moral
character of students - Its key components include, affective maturity, self awareness and inter personal skills
- Leadership and communication skills
- Sports and recreational activities
- Communal and fraternal living
SPIRITUAL FORMATION
- A transformative process of growing towards moral and spiritual maturity. Key elements include practising spiritual disiplines through;
- Daily Holy Mass and Divine Office
- Personal and communal meditation
- Spiritual direction and guidance
- Monthly retreats and recollections
- Devotion and visits to the Blessed Sacrament
- Faith/Bible sharing
INTELLECTUAL FORMATION
- This involves the systematic development of the mind and deep cultivation of knowledge. it equips students to understand truth, engage thoughtfully with culture, and articulate complex beliefs with clarity.
- Core pillars include; Phylosophy, Theology, Humanities and Sciences, and translating deep academic studies into clear persuasive and practical teaching.
PASTORAL FORMATION
- Practical skills; Possesing the Shepherd's heart, gaining real world experiences in teaching and leading
- Catechetical training and teaching
- Liturgical worships
- Community outreach programs that involves; Practicing how to work well with others in the civil society at large
- Hospital and prison visitations
PSYCHOSOCIAL FORMATION
- Psychosocial: This involves both physicological (mental and emmotional) and social (relationships and environment) formation of students' personality.
