Admission into St. Charles Borromeo Minor Seminary is open to young Catholic boys who demonstrate academic ability, moral discipline, and a sincere desire to discern a vocation to the priesthood.
Admission Requirements
Spiritual Requirements
- Must be a baptized and practicing Catholic
- Recommendation from Parish Priest
- Parents preferably married in the Church
- Sincere intention to discern priesthood
Academic Requirements
- First School Leaving Certificate (for JSS1)
- Current academic result (JSS2 or SS1 as applicable)
- Successful performance in entrance examination

- • Photocopy of Baptismal Card
- • Medical Report
- • Four (4) Recent Passport Photographs
- • Recommendation Letter from Parish Priest
Entrance Examination
Candidates are required to sit for an entrance examination covering:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Christian Religious Studies (CRS)
- General Paper
Successful candidates will be notified of their admission status.
